How to avoid artifacts (WebP/JPEG)

• Downscale first; then target KB
• Avoid over‑compressed gradients/text; try higher KB
• Switch format if halos appear (WebP ↔ JPEG)

Test presets: 300KB, 500KB, 800KB.
